PVA are a dynamic electronic-dance trio hailing from South London, formed in 2017 by Ella Harris, Josh Baxter and Louis Satchell. They channel kinetic energy through a potent fusion of acid-house pulses, post-punk urgency and synth-driven euphoria. After cutting their teeth on London’s underground circuit and supporting bands including Squid, Black Midi and Goat Girl, the group signed to the label Ninja Tune in 2020 and released their debut EP, Toner. Their debut album Blush followed in October 2022, earning widespread critical acclaim for marrying cavernous club sonics with razor-sharp songwriting and intimate lyricism.
PVA achieved a nomination for “Best Live Performer” at the 2022 AIM Awards — a nod to their formidable stage presence and immersive shows.Their album Blush entered the UK Official Dance Albums Chart at number 2 and reached number 13 on the Official Independent Albums Chart, signalling a strong industry response to their debut. With playlist support from BBC Radio 6 Music and a growing reputation as one of the UK’s most thrilling live acts, PVA continue to push dance-floor boundaries and carve out their distinct place in Britain’s electronic underground.
